Hair Pieces~!

I love this particular blog because it deals with all of my crafting nutjobs. I don't post much on here because I don't put away a lot of time to do crafty things so the few posts I do put up I treasure. Not like my wedding blog which was a dumping ground/organizer/hyperhyper binder.

Anyway, I looked through my friend Melissa's engagement pics and I thought the photog did a pretty good job. M told me Crystal B.(yeah, how confusing!) did a complimentary session. I contacted her through facebook telling her I thought she did a really good job, especially with the vintage filters. I asked if she would be willing to do a TF shoot- she photographs, I design her some flyers. She agreed and offered to find some models. I said I would only need 2 and I swear, once she posted a status update looking for 2 models, she already booked 2 within minutes. I asked to do the shoot 3 weeks from when I asked to give me time to work on them. The truth is, I need mini goals to get me where I'm at. If I didn't have a goal, I'd just be making them without a dream photoshoot. I need these pieces maximized to their potential!!!

This is my fave so far of Kimber- the contrast is stunning. Apparently the second Crystal Belle posted that update, Kimber didn't hesitate to join us. She even called in sick. 3 weeks ahead. That, my friend, is dedication. And flattery. SWOON!!!!

This one is of Jenni.

I stinkin' loved the styling aspect of it. Yeah, yeah, pics are awesome, but I've never been in a full on process! With the exception of my attempt w/Hanh(see previous posts), this was awesome. Kim was a beast- she brought in 20 lbs of jewelry for me to look through and like 7 outfits, all pure perfect Anthropologie/Free People love. Then we threw in some funky shoes.

Me: Jenni, try this on. *squints* Uh, you need to look weirder. Put on your funky shoes.

You see, eclectic is what I'm going for. SWOOSH!
